Hi, renting 1 of my 2 bedroom apartment. Furnished beautifully decorated, bright, luminous, quiet environment.
Bedroom with double bed and closet, living room with balcony, great view of the city, kitchen, private bathroom.
Best location in town, easy access to public transportation. Perfect for students or travelers. Please check location before booking.
My place is a sweet, comfortable and peaceful place with a great view of the city. I care very much for the home environment I've created here, so when you book you are invited to contribute to keep our great environment, SO BEING NICE, FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL is a must while staying here.
Its a nice neighborhood, close to a great park, public transportation, restaurants.
You'll have a private double room with comfortable double bed and linen, closet, living room, balcony, kitchen, Cable TV, fast WiFi internet. Also bathroom only for you that should be kept nice and clean.
I'm a young business executive and love to travel and exchange experience with people from different. Love to go out either for parks or for a night out, so I know lots of the places in town so I can suggest you lots of things to do around. I also love to cook, so guests will be occasionally invited to join a nicely cooked dinner.

- no meals provided. Kitchen are available, with all appliances, to prepare your kick meals. Everything should be left tight and clean after using it.
- take short showers, turn off lights
- Landry machine it's available from Monday through Friday. No laundry hanging over the weekend.
- Cleaning of your bedroom should be done by yourself once a week (cleaning products will be readily available). If it's cleaned once a week you'll be charged extra cleaning fee.
- guests are not allowed to use gym, pool.
- It is STRICTLY FORBBIDEN TO RECEIVE VISITS. Your reservation will be automatically canceled under these circumstances.

About the Area
The Apartment is located in a very well located area, 10 minutes by Uber from the University of São Paulo and a few minutes from the most popular region of São Paulo, Vila Madalena, where the bars and restaurants are always full of beautiful and lively people. Very close to Villa Lobos Park. It is also close to shopping, restaurants, easy access to public transport.

- Leave all spaces clean and tidy. Kitchen: Clean, dry and put the dishes in the cabinets after use. Bathroom: no hair on the floor or sink and no dirty/wet clothes hanging
- Condominium does not allow guests to use the pool, sauna or gym (this is strict and not under my ability to decide)
- I work from home, so silence is important all day long, so no loud talk, no shutting doors or music.
- Here it's not a hotel, but my home! I honor your presence here, so honor being here too ;)

Coração cheio de gratidão pra Luciene! Luciene is an excellent host, always ready with suggestions for exploring the city and the neighborhood. Moreover, I really appreciate her acute insights into the rich, fantastic country that is Brazil. Intelligent, warm, generous...time really flew by for me, staying in her airy, comfortable, welcoming apartment. Na verdade, espero voltar em breve :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
