OUR PROPOSAL: The guest will live in a comfortable apartment with 1 independent bedroom, individual guest bathroom, single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair. We emphasize that it is not included in the accommodation: breakfast, meals .... will be charged separately, but the following services are offered: Washing and Drying of clothes for personal use (weekly), bed and bath linen (weekly change) , Cleaning (weekly), Internet wi-fi. Bicycle availability in the region at any time. SUPPORT: Reception at the Airport, if necessary, will be paid by the guest. Guidance: Cultural, Location (interesting places, tours) and Getting around (bus, subway, maps, routes). Assistance in the purchase of a cell phone chip and cheap transport tickets. Mobility: Accompany (to/from) to the place of study/work, in the first days. In case of illness, you will be accompanied to the doctor or hospital. Immigration: We will assist in the regularization of documentation, filling out forms, monitoring the payment of fees and Federal Police. We speak fluent Spanish and regular English. We will be happy to teach Portuguese in a dynamic and practical way. THE FAMILY: The guest will live with a quiet couple who know how to respect the guest's privacy, as well as offer help in whatever is necessary. We really enjoy living with young students for the pleasure of helping them in their intellectual and professional development. From our experience, we know that a familiar and cozy environment brings better results. We like to live with other nationalities, to exchange experiences, share television programs, walks around the neighborhood. We hope to create bonds of friendship and really serve as a family, not just hosting, but supporting and trusting the student.
OUR EXPERIENCE: Since 2000 we have received students in our house, coming from the five continents, either through independent exchanges or through specific programs such as CIEE and USP and we still keep in touch with many of them and their families. A lot of joy for everyone welcoming them when they return from their trip to Brazil. This relationship is our main gain!
OUR HOUSE: Very practical, sunny, large, spacious, with 3 bedrooms but only 1 for accommodation. We are in the south zone, in Jardim Paulista, a very wooded and safe neighborhood, two blocks from Avenida Paulista, FGV and in the surroundings are located the Ibirapuera and Trianon Masp Parks. Easy access to Universities: FGV, PUC, Mackenzie, FAAP, ESPM and Centro (2km). We have a subway station two blocks away: Trianon Masp which is connected to several lines for different regions and can be used by paying only one ticket as a ticket. We are next to many: Cafes, Squares, Shopping, Bars, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Art Galleries, Markets, Pharmacies, Hospitals, Theater and much more. Living in this locality is very economical and attractive.
PRICE: The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid upon arrival in Reais (BRL), EUR (€) or United States Dollar (USD) in cash and according to the exchange rate of the day available at https://www.x- rates.com/.

About the Area
Our house is located near the park Trianon a wooded area, right in the center of a large, quiet and safe city for those who like to go out at night. In the mornings the sound is of birds singing. We are 2 km from the city center and only 45 minutes drive to the airport.
The bus stop and metro station is only a 2 minute walk from the house and there are many bus options at this point. The beach is an hour's drive away.
The area is full of cafes, bars for ballads and meetings and modern restaurants, pharmacy, super market and also has trendy fashion shops and specialty shops. The locality has arts museum, banks and large companies. Every Sunday, Avenida Paulista, located near the residence is closed for entertainment between the performance of music show and arts in general.

Meals

House Rules
It is not allowed to use drugs, including alcohol. What is damaged during use should be reset. Keep the room clean as it will be cleaned by the host. We ask that you do not smoke indoors and do not get drunk. Take care of the keys you will receive, attention with security when entering / leaving the house, attention with the use of electricity. Avoid waste of water. Friends are welcome for pizza, but do not enter the dorms. Doubts ??: Ask, we will be happy to assist you !!
Anyway, the rules are simple for a good coexistence.

Marta e Duda são um casal excepcional. Super carismáticos e respeitosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar em qualquer momento, seja direcionando para um local que a gente não sabe chegar ou até mesmo dando dicas sobre onde ir, se é perigoso ou não.
A casa é bem confortável, limpa e aconchegante. Eles mantém ela limpa o tempo inteiro, fazem troca de roupa de cama e toalha a cada semana.
Em questão de privacidade, jamais invadiram a minha, e sempre tomaram cuidado com isso.
O local é muito bem localizado, muito próximo ao metrô da Trianon Masp, que é um local que é muito bom e seguro para se ficar e tem muita coisa tanto para se alimentar, quanto para conhecer.
Recomendo bastante a estadia nesse local e só tenho agradecimentos ao casal. 5 estrelas.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
