About the Area
We are next to Paulista Avenue and have thousands of things to do ... Masp, Moreira Salles Institute, Itau Cultural, Sesc, Japan House. Cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. Malls and shopping centers. The 'Bexiga' (Italian neighborhood) and its delicious canteens ! The possibilities are endless, it goes from your purpose, it will not lack what to do in the region or beyond.

- 2 minutes from a bus stop that takes you to the downtown very fast or to ibirapuera park in 10 / 15min.

The atmosphere is clean, comfortable and relaxed, with wifi, tv, full kitchen and accessories for unceremonious use.
The space-
Of the House:
- The fit is very tasty and has a bonus: it is not noisy! A rarity in the region. By standing behind a commercial building and facing an inner courtyard / square you can hear birds singing from the small terrace.
- The small terrace is very nice to relax at day or night.
- The bedroom has a very large closet with hangers, niches and drawers to keep all your things organized.
- The room has two very new box beds that can be armed separately or together, as a double bed.
- The kitchen is all available for use, has cookware, accessories, seasonings ... Just keep in mind the rule of keeping it clean after use.
- You can use the coffee all the time and the kitchen suplies (salt, suggar, oil...).
- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony
- It is worth to feel comfortable and enjoy, but parties are not allowed in the fit.
From the neighborhood:
- The location is great! In 5 minutes you are on Paulista Avenue and the subway Brigadeiro. In addition, very close you have Itau Cultural, Sesc Paulista, Japan House and all that Paulista offers the best.
- The whole area is surrounded by 24h commerce / restaurants, bars, snack bars, gyms, cinema, shopping center, drugstores ... It has everything.
- There are bus stops a block away and they take you to the downtown and Ibirapuera Park very fast. If you want to order ubber / 99 / cabify you have sidewalk indentation and you can wait in front of the building without problem.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
