Hello, Traveler.
Our space is furnished, bright and comfortable room. The house is two-story house with very large rooms and well distributed. Our location is very good, 20 minutes from USP and 30 min of Butantan meter.
The Space
The house is a townhouse, very spacious and cozy, with 2 parking spaces, a good yard with garden and vegetable garden, delicious spices for you to use in the kitchen and laundry.
On the first floor of the house we have aa TV room (cable TV with over 100 channels and Netflix Direct TV) and wide with several sofas, armchairs, aquarium and sound ... This environment is very cozy, great for rest after a day of hiking, next door have a toilet, the dining room and the kitchen, that also quite large, well equipped, with space to put your things and cooking.
On the second floor rooms are, are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are quite large, with a good accommodation.

Interaction with Guests
We will be present at the map, we have a tradition of doing a dinner on your first night, for now talk and see what interests you travel. We are good friends and at the weekend always has a party or go out to somewhere in the city.
We can look at the bus, subway, airport, show the city, historic sites, show some bars, nightclubs, parks, shopping malls and other (surcharge).
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood has a good neighborhood and without too many problems, live on site to two years and had no problems with theft and theft. We live right next to a small supermarket, pizzeria and bakery products (less than 200m) has a mall a few 1km and a large supermarket 900m.
Going and Coming
There is a bus line that passes within 100m house that goes straight to the Butantan subway (on average about 30 minutes) and the metro Faria Lima and back home, easy to use. Also has several taxis that are on the street and the PPA taxis they come quick enough.
Other Comments
The cafe in the morning will be available, let bread, cake, sugar, biscuits, cereals and cutlery on the kitchen table, the refrigerator will be milk, yogurt, fruit, jams and butter. We will not be by the time you are taking cafe, but be assured that you will enjoy your coffee!

The environment needs to be organized and clean after use. Smokers are allowed, but only in the backyard. Is not allowed pet, but please contact us to see what we can do.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
