There are two bathrooms, one with a shower at your disposal (although I use it because it is the only shower).
We are on the fifth floor. There are two lifts.
Situo in a quiet street just west of downtown, close to the stat. meter Soumare and Palmeiras Barra Funda, the two commercial centers. West Plaza and Bourbon, restaurants, bars and more.
There are the well-stocked kitchen, a bathroom with hot shower and the living room. There are wi-fi and cable TV (Smart TV).
The room has a fan.
Every week someone comes to help me clean and do laundry.

About the Area
Well located: neighborhood PERDIZES.
Very safe and well with its many shops, bakeries, pizzerias, bars and nice restaurants.
There stadium Allianz-Park Palmeiras where they also make the concerts; a unit SESC (many shows); 2 commercial centers. (West Plaza and Shopping Burbon) and a gym around the corner (to me does not attract hehe)
Other: one block a pharmacy; a supermarket 5 blocks; a bakery on the sidewalk.
Hospital São Camilo is 5 blocks.
Tourist places in the area: Vila Madalena (artists and nightlife :-))
Easy rraggiungere the Avenida Paulista, Ibirapuera Park, the Oscar Freire street etc.

We smoke, but only in the evening hours :-) So '6 if you are a smoker, I invite you to smoke in the laundry (behind the kitchen) during the day (we all have our. Oddities :-)).
Respect for small children, you have to consult individually.
Keep safety of the house, closing the door when you enter and when you leave.
Do not invite people home.
I would like to be a guest that I was at his house :-)

How do I book?

When do I pay?

When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
