We like very much the coexistence with young students for the pleasure of assisting them in their intellectual and professional development. From our experience we know that a cozy and homely atmosphere brings better results. We like to dine together, to get close and exchange experiences, to eat homemade pizzas, to share television programs, to walk around the neighborhood. We hope to create bonds of friendship and really serve as family, not just hosting, but student support and trust.

Going abroad for 6 months is always a daunting experience for anyone, particularly as an undergraduate student going to a country that is thousands of miles away from my own. I was a student at the University of São Paulo on exchange and choosing to stay with Mylene and her family was easily the best decision I made. Not only did Mylene and her family welcome me into their home but helped orientate me in a city that is starkly different from my own home, making sure that I felt comfortable in a new place and that I had everything in order to make the most out of my exchange experience.
Whether it was enjoying pizza on a Friday, dancing to Tim Maia in the kitchen or enjoying the sights and sounds of Avenida Paulista, we made many fond memories that I will never forget. Although in my daily life I was mostly out of the house at university and getting to know the city, it was so reassuring to have a host family who always made me feel at home and with whom I could rely anything I needed. I really feel that I made the most of my time in São Paulo, especially thanks to the their help. Furthermore, they were always patient and helpful with my Portuguese language skills and encouraged me to discover this vast and incredible city/country.
Mylene, Augusto and the family are so kind-hearted and I could not recommend them more as hosts. I guarantee you will feel at home here and will be shown love as soon as you touch down in the the airport. Mando abraços desde Inglaterra!
When I first came to Brasil I did not know anything didn't speak the language and did now anything about sao paulo, Then I met this family which helped me every step of the way. They took me in as their own son. I felt welcomed and loved which made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. They helped me find my school That turned out to be one of the best art schools in the world...I am officially a student in sao paulo and in one of the best neighborhoods of Sao Paulo. I would recommend this house this family undoubtedly The Best Life changing experience for me and for other students whith whom I shared a living here.
