Villa "ARIA" is in the very heart of Sunny Beach. Sunny Beach is famous worldwide for its spectacular beaches and great weather. Here it is sunny 290 of the 365 days in a year. That is why Sunny Beach is called Sunny Beach. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. Villa ARIA is just 350 meters away from the sea. The renowned ‘Cacao Beach,’ site of six seaside clubs, where famous DJs host hot parties during summer-time, is only two kilometres away.

House Rules
You'll be living in a house called 'Villa ARIA,' in the very heart of Sunny Beach. Sunny Beach is famous worldwide for its spectacular beaches and great weather. Here it is sunny 290 of the 365 days in a year. That is why Sunny Beach is called Sunny Beach. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. Villa ARIA is just 350 meters away from the sea. The renowned ‘Cacao Beach,’ site of six seaside clubs, where famous DJs host hot parties during summer-time, is only two kilometres away.
In 'Villa ARIA,' our family occupies two joint apartments: a spacious studio with a private bathroom and another one-bedroom apartment. Our guests stay in the studio, which is a private area overnight. During the day, the studio is used for joint meals and lessons.
We have a lot to occupy children, and if you come as a family, CHILDREN ARE HALF PRICE! Yes, children receive 50% discount each if they come with 1 or 2 adults.

We have a garden, an outdoor pool, play area, and a cat. We also have a couple of bikes. You could easily cycle to the towns of Old Nessebar or Saint Vlas, (about 4 and 2 kms away respectively) if you wanted. Old Nessebar is a UNESCO World Heritage site..
We love to visit new places, markets, villages, etc., and would love to show you our favorites.
Although Robert is an experienced English teacher, we all feel that living as part of the family is a better way to learn than by formal lessons. It is certainly more fun!
While staying with us you can take exciting day trips to Old Nessebar, Pomorie, Bulgarian village, Varna (with a visit to Delphinium, where you can swim with dolphins), Burgas, Sozopol, Balchik, the Valley of Roses, and MUCH MORE…
Horse-back riding, scuba-diving, ATV and Jeep safari rides, paint-ball, carting, and parasailing are also available.
We love doing DIYs and craft projects together. Our daughter Alexandra is a very good artist. She loves drawing cartoon and video-game characters. We often make videos about our projects, which we post on Youtube. We can teach you how to shoot and edit videos. If you are interested in Youtube as well, we can do collabs, both while you are here and afterwards.
In the evenings, we play cards or board games, watch movies and talk shows, or visit English friends. If you have any questions, please ask!
Come on your own, with friends, or your family. The choice is yours, but do come!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
