My family lives 5min from the house in the same villas area.This is Varna villas area and it's close to the beach.The main resorts are around.Golden sands, Kabacum, St. Konstantin and Helena and Sunny day resorts. The house is located 10min walking distance to the main high way road E87 to the way Zlatni piasazi.
We have small kitchen but large garden with the BBQ and the terrace with the sea view.We provide 3 beds and 1coach.
The area is very safety and the villa has a rural feel and has good selection of fruit trees around.We call it villa Cosmos because in the night is amazing and full of stars.The town is behind the hill so it's easy to see all the stars.
The communication with bus and stores and bars and restaurants are 10 min to the main road.
Also we have behind us in the forest the walking rout to the Aladja monastery.
So you are located in the very quiet area and to the all resorts and beaches ,you have 10 min with car or bus.
Also the house is used for ceramic atelier after the season so if you want you can take a ceramic classes during your state and learn something special. Welcome to the house.

Petite maison très agréable, au calme, idéale pour un couple ou 3 personnes. C'est plus une location qu'un homestay, puisque nous disposons de la maison et de son jardin pour nous seuls !
Iskra est très sympathique et se rend disponible dès que cela est nécessaire.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment. A recommander !!!

prés d'un parc naturel c'était vraiment reposant et agréable
par contre ,absence de climatiseur et moustiques à la demande
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
