LOCATION - The villa is located on the hills over the bay , 5 km from the center of Varna with perfect panoramic view of the sea and beaches. It is very quiet place with fresh air away from the noise and the crowds, yet close enough to night life places. Perfect for families and young people.

- To the airport - 12 km = 25 min driving
To “Golden sands” sea resort – 8 km = 10 min driving
To “St.St. Konstantine and Hellene” – 4 km – 7 min driving
To the city center – 5 km – 10 min driving
To the nearest city beach – 1,2 km – 15 min walking
Bus stops – 400m.
TAXI come for 3 min. A list of good taxi companies will be given by the landlord.

WE OFFER TO
OUR GUESTS: 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors ( 400 m2 )comprising of: very big living room (veranda ( 45 m2) in front ) with 40`led TV, fully equipped kitchen – including dish washer, dining place, party hall with fully equipped bar, table tennis, electronic dartboard, surround home cinema, private pool with shallow children part, garden , children playground, basketball field, badminton field, swings and slide, bicycles-(additional payment), private parking for 3 cars, 2 fire places, fitness, solarium, sauna, body spa cabin, BBQ, sat tv in every room, high speed Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioners and fans, laundry machine, sun beds and beach towels. Remark – owner lives on the 4th fl.
RENT includes: electricity, water, heating, towels & linen (changed every 5-6 days) basic hygiene consumables; transfer from Varna Airport, Wi-Fi access.
PRICE : price depends on the number of people, the season and the length of stay. The minimum price is for 6 people, next price level is for 8 people and separate price will be given for each additional portable bed. Please contact us for precise price offers. Children under 12 years are free of charge.

N.B. ANY BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED AFTER RECEIVING A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE AGREEMENT FOR RENT IS ACHIEVED. BALANCE IS DUE IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL.
A EUR 350 DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS DUE IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL AND REFUNDABLE AFTER CHECKING THE HOUSE BEFORE DEPARTURE

Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please AND CEASE ANY NOISE OUTSIDE AFTER 11 PM
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
