About the Area
Our house located just a few minutes from the Siem Reap international airport, next door to a 5* golf resort and only 15 minutes to the city center called Pub Street, 20 minutes to the Angkor temples complex and 20 minutes to a very few tourists visited Eco Floating village on Tonle Sap lake. Even the our location seem to be centrally located but our neighbors are indigenous people, they have a small changes compared to the past 10 years but still great to sit with them and share the life experience stories.

House Rules
By booking to stay with us meant you are a part of our family, you are a special guests for us and strangers for our neighbors, even you pay to stay but not the guests who have a very high demand. We have kids and this is a family house, your good behavior is well respected from us, so please study a bit of our culture and feel free to ask if you are in doubt. It is not a place for sexual. Those who want to learn about Khmer culture especially how they live, and want to support local Cambodian host are highly recommended. More importantly we only accept tourists who are planning a holiday to explore and experience in Siem Reap. Failed to respect our rules you might be ask to leave the house, so please check carefully your refund term with homestay.com

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
