Hello! We are a local, native family and we have many years experience in the area with home stay and villa rentals. Please come and enjoy our country, city, and home in the most exciting part of Phnom Penh. We are located just meters from the river itself, in the heart of Phnom Penh's Riverside tourist area. The Palace, National Museum, Silver Pagoda, and more are within walking distance. Our family lives in the same house and one or more of us is here at all times. We like to be comfortable and have a relaxing atmosphere, which we extend to our guests in all ways possible. We have free wifi, strong air-conditioning, and soft beds. We can also provide tours to many places all over the city, and we can also provide VISA assistance to Thailand and Vietnam. While you are here, we would sure love to talk to you about your travels and tell you about our country. There is also plenty of privacy, if you prefer. Please, join us at our home! Nancy, our Chihuahua, is waiting to greet you!

we have a small restaurant on the ground floor, so the guest can smoke there, We close the house gate at 10 pm, but we have a security guard to open the door for you, if you arrive late. you can come anytime, just knock the gate. You can use our kitchen if the guests want and also provide a kettle and tea bags in the room. We also provide the electric cooker if the guests need.

My only reservation is that if you're a light sleeper and like to go to bed early, you might notice the music from the bar on the nearby corner. That said, I was very happy with my stay. All the facilities worked, wifi, shower, aircon etc, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious. All the staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in case of any question or difficulty. They helped make my stay in their beautiful city all the more pleasant - thanks!

Sam est une hôtesse très gentille et très serviable qui est disponible pour t’aider dans plein de démarches, visa, visite, taxi, bus,... et sans prendre de commission ce qui est rare.
La chambre est super confortable, très propre, même si elle est un peu sombre, très bien situee en plein centre !! la douche chaude ! Cool !
J’y retourne prochainement c’est pour dire !!

Friendly and attentive Service!! Sam went the extra mile to make sure it late, late arrival was ok. Electricity went out from our room, but it was a decently cool night and not an issue.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
