Old French Villa, central location, luxury of space, friendly and hospitable The 5 bedroom, House total area from ground, 2nd level and rooftop level, 600 sq.meters. large garden parking space for 10 cars, Pls. take note; old French era bldg. old french tiles, its not luxurious like modern condominiums, but its reasonably clean, spacious enough to move around. in common areas 2nd level and rooftop all of your own to use., close to city-provincial bus stop going to Saigon, Vietnam just walking distance 100 meters, public Bus stop, only 200 meters, to Embassies of Kuwait, Malaysia, Japan Thailand Indonesia, and Public Library Norodom Blvd. hotel, Banks, coffee ships Japanese, ,Chinese restaurant. karaoke club, hotels Condos, Gas station, Mini Mart about 3 km. to Riverside, Royal Palace, National Museum; Naga world Casinos Shopping Malls and super market. the Center of everything travelers. need. The old french villa is located at the most expensive enclaves in the city, with most diplomats, embassy and consulates, are located. it is 9 km. only 35 minutes from the airport if no traffic.
public transport, buses is 100 meters away just in front of the villa local tuk tuk .is waiting and also the aircon taxi- by phone, arrived within 15 minutes, , if you have apps, UBER and GRAB is also available. 24 hours, The immediate neighbors are embassy staff, ambassadors residence, condos, and high ranking govt. officials. the riverfront promenade, royal palace, national museum nightlife entertainment, supermarkets shopping malls, etc. are all just 3 km. away.

Please Feel at home, There are no strangers in our place, only friends we haven't meet Welcome Kindly take care all the electrical appliances, Fans, , Tv fridge, cutleries. , and pieces of furniture as your own. When You leave the room; Kindly switch off all lights, room Fan living room electric fan. the lights at toilet and bathroom close water faucets. and always lock your room, and the front door. when you leave. change of towels and blankets kindly request from the host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
