Our family lives in a two level house, 6 yrs. old house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We are only husband and wife and our renter living in this house.
We have two sons but are grown up and will come only for visits ocassionally. We
have two kitchen, one is called spicy kitchen.
We have two dining areas, a living room and a family room. We have a backyard with a vegetable garden and some fruit trees We can have barbecue parties in the
summer time. Our house is located in a very quiet cul de sac area and just 5 minutes
walk to the bus station and to the Mall, secondary school and the church. We don't have any pets. I love cooking and baking so you can enjoy some tasty treats from time to time. Last but not the least, we have plenty of hospitality to share with you!

About the Area
We are just 20 km from the city and only 15 minutes drive to the domestic airport. Our house is just less than 5 minutes walk to trendy cafes, bars and reataurants as well as some nice fashion boutiques and specialist shops.
Accessing the city centre is so simple that the bus station is just 5 minutes walk which takes just 10 minutes by bus to go to the Highstreet Mall with all the Cinema if you are a movie fanatic, Walmart Supercentre, major banks and businesses and lots more to go shopping or window shopping.

Elena and Barry are very kind people and wonderful hosts! The place is very clean, quiet, and you get to use your own washroom. It is in a nice neighborhood as well. I highly recommend their place!

Both Barry and Elena are lovely people. The room we stayed in was great. We were very late but we really appreciate the hosts' patience. They filled our bag with organic fruit from their garden when we departed and suggested places to visit around with local maps. The house is well situated, quiet, feels very welcoming and warm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
