Our home is one of the very few houses at the end of the Cul-de-sac where we are all peaceful and quiet. We have two rooms that we are willing to share which I am sure you will come to like! We're within walking distance to nearby bus stops and we have a great Shopping Centre called Bramalea City Centre not far from our place at all!
If you choose to rent with us, you'll be greeted with our upmost hospitality as well as knowing that you are in a safe and secured home where you will have access to internet, AC/heating as well as a few gaming consoles that have access to Disney+ and Netflix in our Living Room (yes that is one of our cats in the Living Room)!
*Please note that payment can be done via PayPal invoicing or e-transfer. I do require a minimum of 20% of the rental cost prior to arrival. If I do NOT receive your deposit of 20% at least one day prior to arrival, your request will be cancelled without refund.

About the Area
Our house is located to several bus stops which are all located less than 300 meters and one of those buses go straight to Bramalea Terminal where you will have access to GO buses such as the 36 York Mills GO Transit bus which stops at Bramalea GO if you would like to take the GO Train to Toronto as well as the 32B York Mills GO bus. There is also a bus route from Bramalea Transit Terminal that takes you directly to Toronto Pearson Airport for anyone that needs access to get to the Airport or coming from the Airport (this is Toronto's main international airport).
Nearby to Bramalea Terminal is also the Bramalea City Centre which is the neighborhood shopping centre that has branded stores such as Best Buy, Old Navy, Gamestop, and other stores. Also nearby our home is a Shoppers Drug Mart which is located right at Grenoble Boulevard and Central Park Drive (900 meters away from the home) where you could grab light snacks, basic beauty products, hygiene products or even a few basic electronics.
Not that far from Shoppers Drug Mart is also a park called Goldcrest Park if you do enjoy going on walks. We also got Professor Lake which is about a 10-13 minute drive away from our place if you would like to see the lake and for anyone that would like to play basketball, there's a basketball court located at Williams Parkway and Bramalea Road (6-8 minute walk).
The closest grocery stores to our home are Freshco which is located just outside Bramalea Terminal, Metro (located inside Bramalea City Centre), NoFrills which is located at Airport Road and North Park Drive (40 minute bus ride and 5 minute Uber/Lyft drive), Oceans Fresh Food Market located near to West Drive and Queen Street East (also a 40-45 minute bus ride and 10-13 minute drive) and also Walmart which is located at Airport Road and Queen Street (same time of travel as NoFrills). So you have options in terms of buying groceries!
If you're a reader and would like to borrow some books, not that far from our place is a municipal library located at Central Park Drive and Bramalea Road (5 minute drive and 20-22 minute bus drive).
Brampton Civic Hospital is the nearest hospital to our home and is located at Bovaird Drive East and Bramalea Road in case of any medical emergencies.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1. Please be respectful at all times to one another
2. Always ensure that when entering or leaving the house that the Front door is locked
3. Please clean up after yourself if using the washroom or using our utensils
4. Basement is off limits unless permitted by Joshua, Lourdes or Estrelita. This same rule applies to the master bedroom of Lourdes and Estrelita.
5. No wearing outdoor shoes inside the home
6. Report all home deficiencies to Joshua, Lourdes or Estrelita (whether big or small)
7. Do not open the door for anyone unless permitted by Joshua, Estrelita or Lourdes or if Joshua, Estrelita or Lourdes are the ones knocking (we will notify you ahead of time)
8. Keep volume to a reasonable level during the night time and when Lourdes and Estrelita are sleeping as they work night shifts
9. No guests/friends from the outside are permitted unless approved by Joshua, Lourdes or Estrelita
10. Laundry is available at our home in the basement. We offer to do your laundry for you but if you're uncomfortable with that, there are laundromats nearby where laundry can be done
11. Meal preparation: If you need meal preparations to be done, I would need to be notified ahead of time and that can be done for extra cost. Optionally you are free to use our kitchen to prepare your own meals. With that being said, please do NOT take our food.
***It is important that prior to arrival that I must receive 50% of the Rental cost. Failing to provide 50% of the rental cost will result in cancellation of booking without refund of your deposit***

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
