Janice was out of this world and made our stay both memorable and enJoyable. I travelled with 2 young boys and wouldn't have made it through without her . Amazing part of town, functional space and will definitely return.

Staying at Janice was like "home away from home'
Janice and her son Sean are easy going, warm people and are very helpful to their guests. The home is very clean and room is spacious . They are respectful to their guests and respect your privacy.
Transit service is 2 minutes away and efficient.

First homestay ever might be me and my girlfriends last to many problems with are stay we was very uncomfortable don't want to go into much of details but it was creepy also for some reasons. Me and her are nice people so we did not say anything because we did not want to be rude. The host offered us nothing not even the light breakfast that was included no coffee no water nothing. If i had to choose to go back again that would be a never. Janice was a good person but she lacks the skills for being a homestay host. Oh yeah before i forget i came all the way from California in the USA to Canada to see my girlfriend bad stay the room did not even look the same as on the pictures end of the story.

Moses I am very sorry you feel that way. I must say I was very surprised to read your very negative review. I thought you were very comfortable, I went out my way to accommodate your very early check-in time. The few times you were out of the room I helped with finding stuff and engaged in light chatter not to mention accommodating your change in booking and numerous phone calls from both of you.
There is breakfast ..continental. downstairs in the kitchen which I am sure you were told... Again I am sorry that my home or me appeared to be "creepy" to you... I do not know what else you were expecting...good luck with your next homestay.July 2017

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
