About the Homestay
We are a young family of four. My husband, our two young sons and myself. We have a specious brand new home. The rooms we offer have lot of light and are fully furnished.
Rooms start at $35.00 per night all utilities included.
We live in a beautiful family orientated neighbor hood. We are just 20 min away from downtown Vancouver by skytrain.
We are looking to host respectful adults who are open to experiencing and appreciating the Canadian culture and our young family. Email us for more pictures.

About the Area
Our home is located in a quite and safe suburb. We are just a quick 15 minutes bus ride from the large Metropolis at Metrotown Mall. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk. The nearest skytrain station is the Edmonds station. Quick 20 minutes on the skytrain will bring you to our stunning Vancouver downtown area or anywhere else you may want to go. If you are renting a car we are just a 7 minute drive to the highway and your travel options are endless from there :)

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals will incur an additional cost. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Respectful adults only. NO smoking, drugs or alcohol. NO pets. NO guests.
Check in is at noon (12pm) and check out is at 10am.
Deposit is $300 per room and must be payed four (4) weeks before arrival. Fourteen (14) days cancellation notice is required in order to get your deposit back. If less then fourteen (14) days notice is given, only half (50%) of the deposit is returned.
Complete the deposit via my Paypal account.
Full payment for the stay must be payed minimum ten (10) days before arrival via PayPal or by cash first day of arrival.
Long term stays (anything 3 months or more) must pay deposit (before arrival), first months rent and last months rent.
Long stay commitments (anything over 3 months stay) a 30 day move out notice is required.
Guests staying one month or more are responsible to clean their own room. Access to the host must be give one time a month to ensure that the room is kept in an orderly and clean manner. This is for the health and safety of all guests and hosts.
No exceptions will be made, sorry.

Sandra was a wonderful host, its just that we couldnt be there on that day, due to heavy flooding thats going on, in India right now, its just the day before our check in i came to know about that, and i immediatley messaged her, i know it was too late but then only i came to know about his flight got cancelled, i am really sorry for that, Sandra used to inform evrything to us up to date. I missed the stay. it would have been great, if i have stayed there. I am sorry Sandra.

Ms Sandra is very kind and helpful host, her house is very clean and tidy, heated very well, everything is full prepared, with nice Lemon Ginger tea, and high speed WIFI, and the house location is very convenient, the bus station take only less 5 minutes by walk, there is also 7 Eleven Shop, Japanese restaurant and Thai Restaurant take only 8 minutes by walk, when I live in there just feel like I am home.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
