About the home:
Newly renovated townhouse 1700 square feet in total, with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, designated parking spot available for no additional cost, and there is an indoor swimming pool in the complex. In house laundry machine. We won't be renting out the third bedroom in the house. This townhouse is walking distance to Lougheed Skytrain station and Lougheed Mall, hence close proximity to a mall with grocery stores such as Walmart and gyms.
About your hosts:
You will be living with us, Brian and Andrew. We are married gay couple in our early 30's. We work office jobs, Monday to Friday. Andrew was born in New Westminster, not far away from our current house. Brian was born in Indonesia and came to Vancouver a long time ago. Andrew only speaks English, whereas Brian speaks English of course, Indonesian and French. Andrew likes to watch the television, the Marvel Universe, and Dungeons and Dragons. Brian likes to play tennis, go to the gym, online window shopping and cooking.

About the Area
Our house is located in one of the suburbs of Vancouver, about 30 minutes in the train (metro) to get to downtown Vancouver. The train station is walking distance from the townhouse. The hosts take the train daily to go to work. We are close to Lougheed Mall and Simon Fraser University.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
