Modern home In Burnaby! 5 minute walk to BCIT Collage and 15 minute walk to Gilmore Skytrain. There is a bus stop right in front of BCIT Collage that takes you to Metrotown Shopping Center.
Close to Brentwood/Lougheed area - lots of restaurants, shopping, gyms/fitness studios, grocery stores, Casino and etc! (15-20 min walk)!
I am renting out a 4 bedroom ground level suite. The rooms are fully furnished, kitchen applications all included, onsite laundry - limited to 2x per week use, dining table and wifi included.
There are two washrooms available - 2 people per bathroom. Must clean up after yourself at ALL times to ensure the place is tidy for the other people.
Very safe and friendly neighbourhood and my family lives upstairs. No meals provided for this home stay.

About the Area
Our house is located in Burnaby. Walking distance to Brentwood/lougheed area which is a 15-20 minute walk to all the restaurants, grocery stores, Brentwood shopping centres, gyms, fitness studios and etc.
We are a 5 minute walk to BCIT Collage and right in front of the Collage there is a bus stop that takes you directly to Metrotown Shopping Centre.
Very friendly, quiet and safe neighbourhood.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
