I live with my husband Flaminio and my daughters Camilla and Lucrezia in one home in Burnaby, close the bus-stop (1 min walking) and skytrain ( 7 min walking or 3 min bus).
We have SFU UNIVERSITY at 10 min bus, brentwood mall at 5 min bus, Kensington mall at 5 min walk, metrotown mall at 10 min bus, downtown Vancouver in 12 min skytrain.
I love cook Italian plates and in our home we have a original wood pizza owen from Italy for made original ITALIAN PIZZA, we are opening one GELATERIA in Vancouver.
We love organic food and we have a little space vegetable-garden for salad, tomatoes, peperoni ecc...

➢ PLEASE KEEP ROOM AND BATH CLEAN EVERY DAY, AND CLEAN WITH VACUUM CLEANER AND SPONGES THEM EVERY WEEK.

PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH PANTY LINERS, PADS OR KOTEX IN TOILET, YOU MUST PUT THEM IN GARBAGE CAN. IN TOILET ONLY BATH TISSUE, THANKS.
➢ SHOWERS ARE NO MORE THAN ONE A DAY AND PLEASE NO LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES AS HOT WATER IS LIMITED AND THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE.
➢ BREACKFAST IS CHOICE OF EITHER: 1 CUP OF MILK, COFFE OR TEA WITH 2 SLICE OF BREAD, CEREAL, BISCUITS OR CAKE WHEN IS AVAILABLE.
➢ LUNCH IS CHOICE OF EITHER: 1 SANDWICH OR THE REMAINS OF THE DINNER.
➢ DINNER IS FROM 6 TO 7 PM, PLEASE PHONE IF YOU DELAYED FOR DINNER OR IF YOU HAVE PLANS TO EAT OUT, SO I WILL KNOW FOR NOT PREPARE DINNER FOR THAT DAY. PLEASE PHONE IF YOU STAY OUT FOR SLEEP OVER.
➢ WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION IS AVAILABLE. ASK FOR PASSWORD
➢ LAUNDRY IS SATURDAY, PLEASE LEAVE DIRTHY CLOTHES IN YOUR BASKET OUT OF THE ROOM.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
