We are young couple with two beautiful children Alex 7 years, Sarah 5 years old, Our home has 5 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs, there is a bathroom , kitchen and living room with TV and computer for the students.
We like to play games, watch movies, bike rides, ice skating, on Sundays we go to church. In the summer we like to go places with nature, the beach, and we like to have BBQ.
Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. The buss station is 3 minutes walk, 25 minutes walking distance to mall, library, restaurants, parks and recreation centers, 30 minutes from downtown by sky train.

About the Area
Our house is located in the south of the city of Burnaby, in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
We are 25 minutes walk distance from the largest mall in BC Metrotown or 7 minutes by bus, same distance to restaurants, movie theater, library, recreation center, 35 minutes to downtown by sky train.
We are 20 minutes drive from airport
The bus station is a 3 minute walking distance from home and takes you to the mall and sky train.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
