One or two bedroom is available for occupancy. You will have your own bathroom. You can also use all the kitchen utensils for eating and cooking. House built in 2014 and occupied by a couple only. Few minutes' walk to Coop store, Sobeys, Tim Hortons, A&W, Dominos, restaurants and pub. The community has lake amenities, lawn tennis, volleyball, and barbecue rental at the park. Me and my wife lives here. The house is near a bus stop going to Somersert-Bridlewood train station. There is also a bus station nearby going to downtown Calgary. The house is 5 minutes' drive to South Health Campus hospital. Light breakfast is provided daily.

About the Area
Our house is located in the southeast side of the city in a quiet and safe new community. We are 17 km from the city centre and only 25 minutes' drive from the airport. The house is only 4 minutes' walk to bus station going to Somerset-Bridlewood C-train station. It is also 10 minutes' walk to the bus station going to downtown area.
Our community has a lake, indoor gym, volleyball area, lawn tennis court, skating ring (on winter), basketball area and boat/canoe rental at the lake. It is 5 minutes drive to South Health Campus.
5-10 minutes walk to Coop and Sobeys stores, Tim Hortons, Kenjo, Dominos, hair salon, restaurants, and some pub.

I highly recommend this space. The owners take care of you every day and do everything they can to make you feel at home. Very friendly and attentive, they manage your space perfectly. Warm welcome , impeccable contemporary basement suite. Refreshment, fruits, muffins , Keurig pods avail. Deep South, but quick access to key highways. And lots of services close by.

Jay and Michelle were very friendly! They included a light breakfast even though we always slept in! It was very clean and private! If we needed something they were only a text away and helped always,, definitely recommend staying here!

Jay and Michelle are so kind and nice people. When I first arrived at the Jay's homestay, I thought it's very clean and tidy. And the thought persisted to the end. I really satisfied when I lived their place. Once again, they're very kind people.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
