Cozy home in quiet neighbourhood in Tuscany NW Calgary. Walking distance to the c-train, that can take you all over the city! Close to all amenities including grocery stores, mall, Walmart, drug stores, movie theatre, pubs, restaurants and much more. 15 minutes away from the university of Calgary and SAIT. Downtown core is 25 minutes away. The scenic Rocky Mountains are only 45 minutes away, and on a clear day you can even sneak a peak from here!
1 bedroom has a queen size bed, desk ,closest, unlimited high speed internet,and TV! Shared full 4 piece washroom is next door, with a half bath on the main floor. Full access to kitchen and any utensils you may need. All bed linens and towels are provided for your use. I load of laundry is included per week, if it is regularly required to have more than that, it would be an additional $5 a load.
Beautiful backyard with large deck, comfy outdoor patio set, hammock, fire pit and BBQ.
I have 2 large beautiful dogs, who get very excited to meet new people. If you choose to stay with us, you must love dogs! They do live inside and are a big part of my life, so it is very important that you love dogs!!
I love exploring and would be happy to take you on trips around Alberta - cost can be negotiated.
Please note that food is not included. Unless otherwise arranged, you will need to purchase your own food, but you have access to the kitchen to prepare and store your food.
Airport pick up can be arranged for $40 per trip

House Rules
We are opening our home to you, and only ask that you treat it with respect like it was your own. Be respectful of common areas and tidy up after yourself.
No smoking inside, but can smoke outside with proper disposal of butts.
We are in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for no loud music or parties. Quiet time is 10 PM.
1 load of laundry a week is included in the price. Anything above and beyond this would be subject to additional costs.
Kitchen storage space is provided for you to keep your food. We ask that you respect the allotted space provided.
We do follow compost, recycling, and garbage rules as set by the city of Calgary, we will share with you how it is broken down. If you are filling any of the bins, please do let us know so that we are aware.
General cleaning will be completed by us, but we do ask that you keep your room tidy as well as any shared spaces that we all use.
No unauthorized visitors/overnight guests.
When using the gym, please wipe down surfaces when done.
Lastly, communication is the key, if we don't know we can not help. Please let us know if there is anything on your mind if you require something different, etc. We are here to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible!

I stayed in this beautiful home located in a quiet area of Calgary for 7 nights, and it was all great! Cozy home, very clean, with adorable and playful dogs! Miss you all! Cheers :)

Living at home with Holly and Gareth was like feeling at home. The house is beautiful and their dogs are adorable. They made me fully explore Canadian culture and the beautiful landscapes of the Rocky Mountains. Living with them is like living at home, it was a unique and pleasant experience. I will definitely be back for a vacation in the future!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
