I am a non-smoking working woman living in detached home in south-east Calgary. There is 1 fully furnished bedroom available for a guest. The living area is cozy to sit and relax and enjoy a good movie. Dinning area spacious to dine in. My favorite area in the house is the kitchen where you are very much welcome to use, just kindly clean up after using. I also have a 5gallon tank of aquarium with guppies in it which is fascinating to watch. The back yard has a sitting lounge available to hangout specially during summer time.
I am pretty much clean organized person, and I do appreciate if we keep the place tidy and neat. Please clean after yourself.

About the Area
My place is located on the Southeast of the City in a quiet and safe suburb. My place is 3 min walk to the closest bus stop. 7 min walk to the closest grocery store coffee shops and other facilities and 25 minutes drive from the airport.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

-No smoking, drugs or party
-Please use your mobile phone or purchase a pre-paid phone card when contacting your family back home
-No shoes worn inside the house
-Do not stick anything to the wall
-Always try to keep the noise level at a point where it doesn't upset other household members or their sleep
-Be mindful when playing music or chatting via mobile or internet. keep it down after 10pm
- The internet is for study purposes NOT for downloading music, TV shows, movies or playing games as this may exceed the limit. You are always welcome to purchase your own data to utilize for this type of viewing.
-Never squat or stand on toilet seat
-Never flush anything (specially all sanitary items such as tampons and pads etc.) down the toilet. Garbage bin is available inside the washroom.
-Always wash your hands with soap and water after using the toilet
-Please wipe down the toilet and washroom sink after you've finished
-There is a bin available in your own room where to dispose of sanitary items
-Wrap the sanitary items with news papers or paper towel provided in the washroom or put them in the bin provided in your room
-Please do not waste water, use it accordingly
-Please complete all shower activity by 10 pm
-Have a toiletry bag with your own soap and shampoo
-If you make a mess please clean it up
-Please make sure to turn off all lights, computer, fans when you go to sleep or before going outside.
-Please make sure to turn off fans, light in your room before leaving the place
-Accident can happen sometimes, please inform the host if something has been broken or damaged

Elizabeth’s house is the perfect home away from home. She is a kind, considerate, and meticulous host. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen (my favorite), which made meal preparation a delight. Highly recommended, I will definitely book again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
