I am a female in her late 30's living downtown in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I am looking for a female roommate to share the condo with me. You will have your own bathroom with shower stall. The bedroom and condo are fully furnished. Your room has a double bed, desk, lamps, bedside tables, built in closet system and dresser.
Internet, some streaming apps and all utilities are included.
There is a dishwasher, fridge, stove, freezer, in suite washer and dryer and gas fireplace. The building has an amenities room and a gym.
Location is in Eau Claire with easy and quick access to the river pathways. Close to the c-train and within the free zone.

**Payments:**
The guest will be responsible for providing an additional 50% of the total value of the stay at the time of booking.
*Damage Deposit*
A refundable damage deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required to cover any potential damages or loss (e.g., lost keys). This amount must be paid after the booking is confirmed online (in addition to the amount collected by the website). Details regarding the payment method will be provided after the booking is confirmed. Details of the damage deposit will be provided upon arrival.
If there are no issues upon check-out, and after an inspection with the host, this amount will be fully refunded.
*Cancellation Policy*
Please note that in case of a cancellation, 10% of the amount paid will be non-refundable.

The place is perfectly situated in the best zone of downtown, close from the gorgeous pathway by the river. A safety and comfortable building. Bed and bathroom are very spaceful. Kitchen and living room always clean and cozy. Ayesha is very kind, friendly and helpful. I was taking classes at UofC and the location was convenient.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
