House Rules
• The kitchen area is to be kept clean at all times. That includes washing your dishes, wiping down counters and ensuring all things are put back in their proper places
• Absolutely no smoking and/or drug use is permitted in the house. If this occurs it is grounds for immediate departure from the home
• No eating in bedrooms and no food in bedrooms cupboard--space will be provided in the kitchen cupboards to those who wish to have their own groceries
• One shower/bath per day...exceptions will apply if you are engaging in sporting activities
• Washrooms are to be cleaned once per week and a schedule should be determined between those using each washroom
• No guests of tenants are permitted to sleep over unless there has been discussions with the principal tenant and an agreement has been made
• No other household members are permitted in bedrooms except the occupant and the primary tenant(s) (only when absolutely necessary)
• There is a K9 tenant (small dog) and care should be taken when leaving the house to ensure he is contained safely. If there are any issues the Primary Tenant should be notified immediately.
• Door must be locked at all times, including when you are in the house unless the door is visible
• Please ensure lights are turned out after you
• Use of the washing machine should be for no less than 6 items at a time and no more than a full load
• The only footwear that should be worn past the front entrance way is slippers, socks or of course bare feet

My daughter and I are very happy to live with Cindy DeVouge during our stay in Calgary. Her house is bright, neat and tidy. We feel better than at home. Also we learned a lot home skills from her. She also teach us how to make a delicious Tiramisu in very simple peocedure. We will miss her a lot.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
