My Acadia town house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on 2 levels. The main floor features the kitchen, powder room and large bright living and dining area. The living area opens onto a private fenced patio and garden perfect for summer BBQ's.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedroom available has a large closet, desk and bookcase to suit the needs of a student. WiFi access is available throughout the house.
There are laundry facilities in the basement as well as extra storage space.
I have a cat so no other pets please.

About the Area
Acadia is an established neighbourhood in south central Calgary. My house is a 10 minute walk to the LRT (light rapid transit) station which provides quick access to down town and the rest of the city. There are several bus stops within 2 minutes walk of home that connect to the LRT station. In addition, I am close to several major arterial roads for weekend escapes to the mountains for hiking or skiing or outdoor adventures.
There are grocery stores, shops, restaurants and pubs within 5 minutes walk of my house.
The area is safe and well established with mature tree lined streets and well kept homes. The city is known for its extensive bike and pathway system

Clean up after yourself in the shared spaces e.g. kitchen, bathroom, laundry room. No dirty dishes left on counter or in the sink... either load the dishwasher or hand wash please.
Participate in routine household chores to maintain a clean and tidy home for everyone.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
