Our family had been successfully hosting International students/guests since 2007 as we have three bedrooms & shared full bathrooms. We are conveniently located near bus stops and skytrain stations and are close to schools & Universities. We are close to amenities, shops, parks, and recreation centers, and restaurants.. Our family loves sports, music & entertainment. The host Mom loves to ZUMBA. Our neighborhood is family oriented and safe.

Our Family-oriented Neighborhood is conveniently located near bus stops which is just five to 10 minutes walk & between 2 skytrain stations named Braid or Lougheed. The community has restaurants, malls, groceries, Specialty Stores Churches, schools, recreation centers & continues to develop for more facilities.

House Rules
* Don't forget to lock the front door when entering & leaving the house.
* Do not invite strangers without permission from the host family.
* Illegal activities on the premise will not be tolerated.
* Laundry is ONE load per week & starts on 7th day after arrival & WITH host’s SUPERVISION at all times
* Sleeping over at friends house is allowed & NO curfew is observed provided you COMMUNICATE with host of your plans, for safety reasons
* ONE FREE meal per day is provided but once system is abused, will be subjected to CANCELLATION
* MEALS AND USE OF THE KITCHEN
We are serving ONE complimentary meal of your choice (bfast, lunch or dinner) PER DAY including weekends. The other meals are on your own whether it’s a take out or a warm up of your stored cooked food. You have accessed to use the microwave, toaster, sandwich maker & water kettle but not the oven or stovetop. You are given a space in the fridge to store your food items.

Loved it! The hosts were very friendly and attentive while caring about me, especially when I got sick. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and the house is well-located, needing a 13-min walk or a short bus trip to get to a Skytrain station.

The host cancelled the booking 3 days before the arrival date.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
