Quiet, clean and renovated 3 bedroom house to share with two other female roommates.
Fully Furnished.
Located in Cote-Saint -Luc . 5 minute walk to bus stop, 10 minute bus ride to Metro Station.
Close to Concordia Loyola Campus. Walking distance to grocery store, shops.
This room is located on the upper level of a duplex. There are two balconies to sit on in the warmer months and enjoy the fresh breeze. This is a female only, non- smoking, house.
Friendly retired Guide Dog in house.
Full time students preferred. (August to March)
All utilities and high speed internet included.

About the Area
Our house is located in the west side of the city and is only about 8 km from downtown Montreal. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with public transport steps away. Close to Montreal West, lovely parklands, and Concordia University Loyola Campus.

I am a quiet person and appreciate a sense of tranquility. I happily enjoy music, t.v, movies and conversation but would expect my guest to respect my privacy and boundaries as I respect theirs.
** House Rules include NO Party's, NO late night loud music or disturbances. NO overnight guest. (Visiting friends and family can be accommodated for with approval).**
You have access to the whole house and are expected to clean up after yourself in the shared areas, especially the kitchen and bathroom.

Shirley has been a fantastic host since the very beginning. I had initially planned to only stay for 2 months but I ended up spending 2 whole years here and completing my degree all while living at Shirley's. She has been wonderfully accommodating and kind, and has 2 very sweet and calm labradors who stay in the house. Access to everything, laundry and kitchen use has made daily life very easy, plus the house is in a great quiet neighbourhood where I felt safe walking back home late at night. Shirley has been incredibly accommodating throughout my stay, especially when I broke my leg and she made all the adjustments to help me get around in the house! I have been made to feel truly at home and would definitely do this all over again. Thank you Shirley for your kindness, I cannot recommend this more!

Shirley was truly welcoming. She is very helpful. The room is lovely. My stay was like home to home.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
