Welcome to my home.
I can promise you to be a nice and honest host. I would like to help you as possible as I can to let you have a happy trip during your stay. However, I need your cooperation to let us enjoy our together time at my home during your stay.
To avoid the misunderstanding, thank you very much for you can read the description of my home carefully.
22$ night/bed which the average price is 38$/night/bed at the same area. I offer you a friendly, quiet, freedom, comfortable, and price valuable place. But my home and your bedroom is small and simple.
You will have the following services during your stay:
1. All necessary staff is clean but simple, not fine.
please check the amenities.
2. If there is no exception, I will open the door for you when you check in. Please knock the door if you can't reach me by phone when you arrive.
3. To help protect our earth and environment, please throw the recycle garbage (papers and paper made box, plastic box and bags, bottle, etc.) into Green bin.
4.Guest should take off shoes at the corridor. There are slippers prepared for guests use. But I encourage you to bring your own slippers. The guest can not enter the bedroom without taking off shoes.
5. Generally, I only offer guest to use my kitchen freely. The guests should buy food for themselves. There is a food store and Giant Tigar in front my home. There are fit/gym center, sport place, park, theatre nearby my home in 10 minutes walking distance.
6. I can lend my car to you at 20$/day if you has valid driving license can drive in Canada. You need to reserve it before, it's better to reserve it when you place the order at my home.
The car is Chevrolet 2008 Aveo. It has full fill in gas and should with full gas while returning back. Keep the same condition as you use it.
If you want a large space and fine /luxury bedroom, my home definitely is not suitable for you.
To protect your profit, in case you make a mistake of your order or if you have any problem after you check in, thanks for informing me first , I will do my best to cooperate you and meet your need.
Also it's important that you contact me through here message if you have any question or problem, or if you need help. I will always be pleasure to help you to have a happy trip as possible as I can.
In the end, please use the Google map to search the nearby area and event or activities or spot before you place your order. I would like to help you if you have difficulty to use google map.

Our house/apt locates at Portage, nearby Ottawa downtown. There are Shopping mall, bus stations, free parking place, Park, library, beach, etc. Please use Google map to check the nearby to find the spots that you are interesting.

My place is very close to Ottawa downtown, by driving within 10 minutes, about 15 minutes to Ottawa University. Walking around 10 minutes can arrive at the Canadian History Museum.
Please note that there is no meal, and no breakfast included in the rent. My guest have to prepare their own food. However, there are food stores, a lot of restaurants, club Bar, cafe store around my home, the second up, Park, Parking places, nearby. And you are welcome to use the cooking stove and tools to prepare your dinner.
The guest can also use the washing and dryer machine.
There are totally two independent bedroom are rent in my home. I do my best to provide a clean place for my guest to stay comfortable. Thanks for you can help me keep the kitchen and bathroom clean after using.
I don't smoke and don't allow guest smoke at home.
I don't have pet, and my home is not suit for pet.
This is a very quiet living place. The space is not big enough for hosting a party.
My guest can enjoy their freedom without being disturb base on respecting the home rule. Thanks for you respect other guest and help me to maintain a quiet and clean environment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
