A compassionate and loving Secondary teacher, hosting students from around the world since 2013.
We understand how overwhelming it can be for a student to be so far away from home, simply because we are parents as well; this is why we will treat you as one of our own. We understand and appreciate that each student is unique, just like our own children, that is why we always address concerns or make positive suggestions using open communication. Furthermore, we are open to sharing student's lifestyles in a positive and mutually rewarding way.
We live in a house with a large backyard, and we offer a safe, secure, welcoming environment to learn and grow in.

About the Area
Our house is a beautiful-detached home in a prime location in North West London, only 5 minutes driving distance to Western University. Situated close by a beautiful trail, sporting facilities/activities, like the Aquatic centre, Library, Shopping malls, Western University and Goodlife Gym; all only a walking distance.
The house is in a neighbourhood that thrives for many different reasons, such as good education and great community. We are located only 45 minutes drive to Grand Bend Beach and 30 minutes to Boler Mountain to go skiing and tree trekking.
We are delighted to host students from all over the world, since we speak many other languages besides English.

House Rules
Please note: We require our guests to pay 30% of the booking total in advance of the booking to hold your accommodation.
Cancelations policy: We ask our guest to give us 15 days notice for any cancelation. Any cancelation later than 15 days prior to your arrival will not be refunded.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
