Our home is in a beautiful Rattray Marsh, it has a country like setting even though it is in the 6th largest city in Canada! We are fortunate to live in nature conservation exclusive area where you can watch dear walk by, see rabbits, foxes, turtles and other wildlife, and observe many birds who come to nest. There are many trails and it is a favorite place for walks. We are just steps away from the Lake Ontario with beautiful beaches. We love this place.
Yet the busy and exciting City life is at your fingertips as well! You can walk to all the stores, boutiques,restaurants, banks, shopping plaza, etc. in Clarkson Village . Port Credit and Oakville downtown where all the festivals and shows take place are within minutes bus drive, and it is just about 10 km or less to Mississauga City Center. Clarkson Go train station is 5 minutes drive away : twenty minutes and you are downtown Toronto, go the opposite direction - and you will be at Niagara Falls. Everything is very convenient.
We offer two beautiful rooms on the ground floor with access to the garden. They have everything you may need, there is a TV, a bar fridge, nice comfortable bed, a desk, etc. You will have your own washroom and a small kitchenette. There is a fireplace room adjoining the two bedrooms with access to the patio.
It is my husband and myself who live in the house. I am working for a bank and my husband is an artist. We have various hobbies. My passion is my hobby farm where I have different animals, we go there on my days off. My husband loves theater, painting, music. We shall be happy to welcome you in our home!

About the Area
Our house is in the South part of the City, in an upscale Rattray Marsh/Lorne Park neighborhood. It is about 20 minutes away from Pearson Airport. The nearest bus stop is about 3 minutes away. Go train station is about 5 minutes away and you can be downtown Toronto in less than 30 minutes. Everything is close by. Walk to Clarkson village,enjoy great food at the many local restaurants and stores, go to Port Credit - it is a major tourist center for Mississauga with best restaurants in town and a cultural and entertainment hub. All along Lake Ontario we have a waterfront trail which will take you through many beautiful parks and Marina. It is a great area with lots of things to do!

House Rules
I get up for work early and go to bed early as well. Please no noise after 9.00 pm. If you are watching TV ( we have good movie channels) please use low sound setting or earphones. No laundry after 8.30 for same reason. Thank you!

Woderful experience!! I would have given 6 hearts if it had let me. Hosts, Yuri and Svetlana are delightful people and would take care of all your needs to the extent possible. I had booked for a month initially but ended up staying for 10 months!
Property is a nice detached house in a stunning location. Serene and peaceful. Lots of parks nearby for your evening stroll. Groceries and resturants are not at walking distance, but reachable by bus in 5 minutes. Rooms are comfortable with lots of natural light and equipped with all required amenities
Yuri likes to talk about history, culture and movies and sometimes our conversations will go on for hours. It was a home like experience away from home.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for peaceful stay in a beautiful neighbourhood.

Wonderful, friendly and inviting couple.They were very concerned about my needs being met. Great location near the trails, waterfront and go station. Great room. Provided helpful information on the area and things to do. Overall wonderful stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
