A comfortable and welcoming home located in the south/west corner of Mississauga, Ontario. Just off the highway as well as easy access to local bus, transfer to subway and local train to city. Activities such as Movies, Restaurants, and shopping are just a few minutes walk. Presently offering a home for an international student (non smoker preferably) who doesn't mind sharing the common space. University of Toronto/Mississauga Campus and Sheridan are a couple of the schools within a 20 minute bus ride from the home.

My home with a private yard is located in a quiet and safe residential area. Walking distance to parks, shopping, health clubs, public pools and entertainment. Minutes drive from University of Toronto (Mississauga Campus), Sheridan College, MacLachlan College to name a few. Major highway is 3 blocks away and easy access to public transit. Your new temporary Home away from Home awaits you.

House Rules
Single accommodation is open to students attending University/College in Toronto/Mississauga.
I request proof of Negative Covid test within 24 hours prior to arrival and proof of both vaccinations. For International students, I request proof of Acceptance letter from the Educational Institution. In addition Verification of Status (Study permit, Visa, etc.) Smoking is permitted on front porch only. I do have a small rescue dog which at first is nervous with strangers however warms up quickly. For guests staying longer than 2 months, first and last month's rent will be required on arrival in addition to a $500 damage deposit. Damage deposit will be reimbursed at time of departure should there not be any damage done by the tenant. Monthly rent is due on the first of every month.

There is no doubt that you will be satisfied. At the same time, I'd just as soon say that she's as helpful as ever, gracious, quick to respond to your request, offers a home that's more than clean and luxurious, and I can't think of a single bad thing to say about her service or her person. Marcela's place is the best place anyone could stay. You'll feel welcomed instantly with her kindness and joy. The place is very clean, quiet, comfortable, and safe. I had an excellent experience as a university student here. Marcela really goes above and beyond to make sure all her guests are successful, happy, and welcomed. If there was ever anything I needed, Marcela would always try to accommodate or help me. I would highly recommend staying at Marcela's place if you looking to find a home away from home because that's what she offers to every guest.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
