My place is very close to Griffintown, Montréal (7 minutes away). My place is also very close to Downtown Montréal (15 min away). The métro Jolicoeur is 4 minutes (walking distance). You'll love my place because of the coziness of the living room, the high ceilings, the light and the comfortable bed. The rooms we offer are also good for solo adventurers, students and business travelers.
Please take notice that we only accept stays that are for minimum 32 nights.

I'm a peaceful and loving person who looks forward to meeting new people and sharing some moments!
I live on the main floor and we usually rent out 5 to 6 rooms upstairs, on the second floor, with its own living room and bathrooms.
We are very calm people and are looking for tenants that value serenity!

About the Area
Our home is very close to the Centre-Ville of Montréal (Downtown) (15 minutes by car, 20 minutes by subway) and to the Wellington Street (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by subway), a commercial street filled with restaurants, gourmet boutiques and much more! We are also close to Griffintown (10 minutes by car), a cultural neighborhood (cafés, theatres, restaurants, etc.).
The second floor, where your room is situated, was renovated a couple of years ago, which makes it a very new and clean area! The living room is spacious and very well decorated, as you can see with our pictures.
We take pride in having a home that has a very calm atmosphere and it's a place where everyone can enjoy themselves and relax. We are very open people, especially regarding communication. If you feel like you share the same values as us, please feel free to contact us!

House Rules
Dear Future Guest, please make sure that the following house rules match your personality and needs (necessary measures are taken to ensure the respect of the house rules):
- The room can only accommodate one person. Unfortunately, we do not accept extra guests (no exceptions are made to that rule). That means that overnight guests are absolutely prohibited. However, with our permission (ask us first), you may invite your friend during the day (they will have to leave at latest 10:30 P.M.).
- Guests have to use earphones to watch TV shows and to listen to music at all times when they are in their rooms.
- Out of respect for tenants that need to wake up early, there is a general quiet time during weekdays, starting at 10 P.M. If you need to make a phone call past that time, go downstairs in the kitchen to do so.
- Lock the door when you exit the main entrance, as well as when you enter the house behind you. The leased rooms can’t be locked unless you are inside.
- Late check-in/check-out fees may apply (they only apply to the first day of your arrival and last day of your departure).
- Do not bring any type of food or beverages upstairs - you have a full equipped kitchen and dining room, and more chances of meeting people!
- We reserve ourselves the right to check the state of your room every two weeks. We also verify the room before and after your stay.
- Your room may be cleaned once per month. We ask you to remain reasonably clean. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that the room stays in good condition during your stay. We do not having a washing machine in the house, so you are responsible of washing your clothes. There is a laundromat around 5-6 mins. away from the house (walking distance).
- Amenities (except bed sheets) are not provided.
- We have one very friendly small dog.
- Please do not wear shoes in the house.
- We ask you to please wash your dishes, pots and pans following their usage.
- Please respect your fridge space! Be careful of not leaving food in the middle of the table, as some guests can assume it's to share (otherwise, leave a note specifying it is not to share).
- Communicate with us regarding any issue or concern, and we will provide assistance as quickly as humanly possible. However, if you feel like you’re a high-maintenance guest, please do not book with us.
- Failure to respect these rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

I had a wonderful time at Montreal and lovely stay at Olga's place. She is warm and helpful. The accommodation was clean and decent. Well equipped kitchen and dinning. The location is well connected by metro and bus. City centre is just 10-12 minutes by metro. Host's turn around time was superb. If you are looking for a decent accommodation in Montreal and ready to travel by public transport, I would certainly recommend Olga's home stay.

My stay was excellent,
The host is very welcoming, really nice person ..
The room and the house are exactly as shown in the photos, everything is organized with small details of beautiful accessories everywhere .
The neighborhood is beautiful , peaceful , 2 minutes walk from Metro station ..
All the services provided are exactly as expected , and always with big smile,
It was such a beautiful experience ..Mon séjour s'est passé super bien ,
Le Hôte est trop accueillant , avec de très bonne humeur.
La chambre et la maison sont exactement comme apparues dans les photos , tout est en ordre avec de toutes petites belles détails des accessoires aux coins ,
Le quartier est calme , vraiment de qualité , 2 minutes à pied de station de Metro ..

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
