Hi there,
We are renting a few rooms to students as short-term rental. We have a large house with 4 bedrooms. We are a very warm and friendly family; I live alone. We would be providing breakfast with each booking. There is also laundry available with internet access. The price you pay is all-inclusive of rent and utilities and we would be asking for full payment in cash upon the arrival and at the check-in time, unless your stay is more than 2 months, in that case we require payment of first and last month of rent at check-in time. Each month thereafter, payment would be due at the beginning of each month for that month's rent.
As for myself, I work from home and I have a home-daycare, which operates from 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. The day-care is in the basement or first floor and the children stay there. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (or 3rd if you count the basement).
As for my hobbies, I enjoy reading, playing instrument, going out for walks or socializing with my friends. I'm sure you'd have a great and comfortable stay at my house :)
Please note that bookings less than 7 nights will not be accepted. Also, while I appreciate socializing with my guests at food time at table, I also enjoy having my personal space and it is expected of the guests to respect that and not interfere with my personal space :)

Our house is located 2 minute walk from a bus stop, which has 2 major lines, and it is also 5 minute walk away from Metro Snowdon. It is within 2 minutes walking distance from major banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, and Decarie Highway. It is ideal for Universite de Montreal students as it is only 15 minute ride away by bus.

House Rules
Guests are required to present either their passports as ID or 2 other government issued ID with a picture if passports are not available.
Bookings must be made at least a week in advance in order to ensure availability. Last minute bookings may be rejected depending on the length of the stay. If the booking is for more than a week, last minute books may be accepted.
Further, I am a very clean person and keep my house very clean and tidy. I would also request that my guests be the same way and not dirty my place.
Out of respect for the home and other guests, we request that guests do not arrive at nights past midnight.

Zahra is a wonderful person and a great host! You can have moments for yourself and have moments of discussions, she is very good at socialising~ It was very pleasant and I keep a blissful memory from last year!

It was such a beautiful experience. The hostess took good care of me and really made me feel like being home. The place is super well located, not far from a Starbucks, there are many restaurants around, a few supermarkets are in the area. I highly recommend Zahrah’s place for a nice staying in Montreal.

Zhara is so kind and a perfect host, she also provides for food and good one! The house is clean and very close to the underground and shops. Maybe beds are old and so a bit noisy I was afraid to wake up the other guests but they told me it wasn't so. Wifi is perfect. The bathroom is large, clean and confortable. I enjoyed my stay there and I felt like at home. I'll come back there

I can guarantee that at Zahra's place you will feel at home. She is the most welcoming and nice person! She provides a yummy breakfast everyday and cooks the best dinners. She will also happily help you with any doubts you may have. I can truly only say nice things about her.
The house is also perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk from Snowdon metro station (blue and orange lines). Though there is plenty of restaurants around, as well as supermarkets, it is a very peaceful and calm neighbourhood.
I 100% recommend you choose Zahra's home for your stay in Montréal.Host reply

Vahideh was very social and involved with her tenants lives. She served dinners and all the house's tenants would eat there and engage with her over the meal. For the introvert, it would be a harder experience than for the extrovert who likes such activity. She was very courteous and friendly and politely informed me of whatever I was doing wrong. I appreciated her kindness and had an overall good stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
