I'm Costa, and I've got newly refurnished rooms in my centrally located Montreal home that I'd love to share with students like you!

I live in a very central neighborhood in Montreal, with lots of parks, shopping, entertainment, restaurants, fine dining and various friendly nationalities. My house is situated 8-minutes walk to the Metro station Jolicoeur. It's 17 minutes to downtown Montreal by train/metro (to Concordia).

What an amazing 4 months! In your house I felt like home since day one. It is very well-equipped, clean and as shown in the pictures. The garden is fantastic too, specially in summer. Since the flatmates are thoroughly chosen, there are good vibes in the house. The neighbourhood is calm and safe. Last but not least, Monica and Costa are welcoming, helpful and generous. Thanks a lot for everything!! I wish to come back again :)

These 3 months in Montréal were the best I experienced so far and that was thanks to Costa's and Monica's openness and helpfulness and also the well-chosen flatmates. I'm definitely coming back again one day. Merci pour tout!!!

Très bon séjour de 8 semaines chez Monica et Costa. Excellent accueil, chambre et appartement propre fonctionnel. Monica et Costa m'ont beaucoup aidé dans ma vie quotidienne à Montréal quand j'en avais besoin. Je recommande !

I loved my stay at Costa and Monica’s home! They are super friendly and fun. Everything worked smoothly and the house and the room were very nice and welcoming. I already felt at home after a short time. I hope, I get back sometime soon!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
