Our All inclusive, Short/Long Term Homestay Accommodation consists of 4 lovely, charming and spacious fully furnished rooms. Our rooms are with high ceiling, hardwood floor and large window. Our rooms are also private and have keys to each room and all outside doors.
Our Homestay are located in the SouthWest area of NDG, in Montreal. We are within five minutes walking distance to Metro station and the MUHC Super Hospital. We are also within twenty five minutes to downtown Schools and Universities by public transit.
Our homestay accommodation offers our guests "A Home Away From Home" and are equipped to accommodate students, professionals and vacationers in a warm, safe, secure, quiet and friendly, non-smoking indoor environment,
Our homestay also offers our guest(s) a bit of independence, as the rooms are located on the top floor of our sunny stone brick triplex building which has a separate entrance leading to the top, and myself as Host lives on the main floor and am available to assists our guest(s) should the need occur.
Our homestay also has a fully equipped share kitchen and bathroom and are exclusive for our guest(s) who wish to prepare their meals.

We are located in the South/Western part of Montreal in the NDG area and are within ten minutes walking distance to Vendome Metro Station. Our homestay are located in a safe, warm, and family friendly neighborhood where people share a warm smile a warm and friendly hello or a small chat, We are also within two minutes to buses, ATM, park, community center, restaurants, school shops and major intersection
We are also located within five minutes walking distance to the new MUHC Super Hospital, Wow!

Maureen is a great person. She helped me with everything I needed to get settled as soon as I arrived. The place is very clean and tidy and it is very close to the metro station. And I also have to mention that Maureen has a good sense of humor.

Maureen is a great host, her commitment to giving the best service is outstanding and the place has an excellent location in the city, very near to downtown and with the necessary silence to work and/or rest well. The place is clean and Maureen has the experience to ensure a pleasant stay.

I stayed for 46days.
This place was clean and quiet,near Metro.
Maureen was very kind always.
I arrived at midnight this place but she welcomed.
She told me English and about life in Montreal.
She helped me always when I was trouble.
I will never foget the days with Maureen.

Maureen was the perfect host! She was very welcoming and helped me adjust to living in Montreal. This stay allowed for independence but it was nice to be able to ask Maureen any questions that I had. If you are looking for a place to stay, I couldn't recommend this place more! Thank you, Maureen :)

In response to your comments about no getting the room that you selected, please be reminded that you were informed of the room availability before you confirmed your booking, as is customary for us. In our response to your inquiry, you were informed:
"Hi Arshdeep,
The mountain view that we have for the dates is a single bed. We have a double bed for those dates but it's the Street view. Please let me know if this will be ok for you."
Your response: "Plz let me know there is window in room any .room .?"
My response: "Yes, all our rooms has windows"
After my response you were satisfied and completed your booking confirmation. It is also important to remember that you paid for a double bed and did received a room with a double bed. We were very happy also that you were able to benefit from our reduced rate that was offered for the additional night stay that was due mainly to a change in your date of departure and not of our doing. I stayed here for 50 days and this was a great experience! There were many people from all over the world and i could make a good friend too!
It was kinda sad that i didn't see Maureen a lot but i really enjoyed my vacation in montreal and i will definitely come back if i have a chance!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
