We are a pet free and smoke free home with a 23 yr old in University. We live in a very busy and thriving neighbour-hood, with parks and recreation centers nearby. Rapid Transit-way is almost at the door and local college and shopping is within walking distance.
We have a kitchen, dining area, for meals and entertainment. Washer and dryer is located in the basement at your own cost. Small patio furniture on balcony. Great view of the city and surrounding Gatineau hills.

Our home is a 15 minute by car commute to downtown Ottawa and 30 minutes by public transportation. We live in the mid Suburbs and not too far from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city.

Meals

House Rules
Quiet time is 10:00pm to 6:00am. Please be mindful of your other house mates. Please clean up after using the kitchen. Pots, pans and plastics should not be placed in dishwasher, instead should be hand washed and lay to air dry. Yelling and slamming of door are totally forbidden. House rules are also posted on wall next to the refrigerator, please be sure to read, do enjoy your stay and treat our home as it is yours.

Our stay with Carla was absolutely awesome. She is a charming and welcoming person. I just loved her. Homestay was super clean and I literally felt as if i am at my own home.

Carla was very accommodating, she is a really nice woman and her son Cameron very helpful, we did enjoy our stay there. She also invited us to her son graduation BBQ on Canada day, it was really a nice experience, it was home from home, I would recommend it to anyone who wish to visit Ottawa.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
