We are a family consists of 5 with one loveable Yorkie-Poodle. We love to go for a short trips around the city or in U.S. Most of the time, we are spontaneous with planning and make sure that we have things to do and have fun. Whether to go for a picnic, sight seeing, tennis, karaoke, movie time, eat out or at home.
We have one extra room in a 2 year old townhouse, very beautiful set up, warm and homey, clean and spacious. We have a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom. We have a patio with barbecue and a beautiful view of our common area that reminds me of the setting of a little town from Beauty and The Beast movie.
Our neighbourhood has a nearby Factory outlets, pizza place, convenient store and a Beauty Salon. Our home is 15 mins. away from the International airport by private vehicle, 30 minutes away by public transportation to downtown Vancouver, 10 minutes by bus and train to New Westminster Quay and 10 mins. away to the biggest mall in our neighbourhood city.

Please treat our house as you want your house to be treated if you are hosting it.
Be reasonable with possible noise and clean up after you use any areas of the house.
There's no smoking inside the house but you may smoke outside the house provided that you will dispose the cigarette butts in the proper disposal.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
