Two level home, on decent size property with garden. Tables and chairs for you to enjoy the garden tranquility.
Our family lives in a four bedroom house, with two of them in the downstairs above ground basement suite. Basement suite has it's own entrance as well as a connecting door to the upstairs. Downstairs bathroom is a three piece (stand-up shower). The kitchen comes with a kurig, toaster, microwave, Bodum for coffee or loose tea, electric kettle, full fridge, full oven/stove, lots of cupboards, magic bullet blender for smoothies, cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, garbage can, dish soap, and towels. Linens also provided in the bathroom.
Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, closet, laundry basket, bedside table, large window, large shelf for clothes and storage.
Bedroom#2 has a single bed, closet, small desk with drawers, small window and a laundry basket.
Living Room has a chaise lounge, daybed, two desks and wireless internet. Sorry no t.v. or cable.
We are close to transit going everywhere on north shore.. Walking distance from Capilano Mall, Sea bus station, Lonsdale Quay Market, Public library, and Mahon Park Trails and so much more.
Meals: Fridge and Cupboards come with coffee, tea, hot & cold cereals, milk, juice, fruit, stuff for lunch and a hot meal for dinner, which will feature Native American cuisine as well as food from other cultures. I enjoy food from all over.
There are four adults. Myself, Paul, Sasha and Grant. Sasha is 21 and lives upstairs. Grant is 22 and has his own fifth wheel home on the property. I have one very old cat named puddins and three dogs. They are a family also and very friendly. They are Jack Russels. Zeus is 12, Isis is 3 and Gracie is 2.

About the Area
My house is walking distance to the Sea Bus Station/Lonsdale Quay, Capilano Mall, Public Library and Mahon Park. We are close to various bus stops that will take you to many places in North Vancouver giving you many options.

Please lock doors when leaving the house.
Keep noise to a minimum after 11 pm on weekdays, and 1 am on weekends.
Please do not invite strangers into my home; if you would like to invite a friend over just communicate with me first.
Heat control is upstairs, so please let me know if you are too hot or too cold. I want you to be comfortable.
You are responsible for your own laundry, soap provided, and keeping rooms clean.
Please keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy. Wash dishes. I will do majority of cleaning if needed.
Please enjoy your stay and treat my house with respect as you would treat you own home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
