Welcome ! Our home is located at a safety and convenience community North York area. Walk to AY Jackson , Seneca college. Bus Stop at front street. Easy access to Subway and whole GTA area. Walk 3 mins to Shopping mall whichTim Horton,Food Basic ,resturant, Bank, Post office , Phamarcy and all other amenities nearby. We provide brigh and clean room for you. Free WiFi , One Cleaned Bedding Set are provided. We do our best to help guest have a wonderful trip in Toronto.
** For safety and health concern, There are some " NO-NO policies" in my home: No smoking, No pets, No visitor, No Party, No noises in my home. ID Copy and Refundable $60 Key deposit unfront.

About the Area
Our home is located on the Norh Side of Great Toronto Area. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from my home. The area is full of shopping and resturant. Easy access to other areas.

1. Guest sent official full name and photo prior to check in .
2. ID copy at check in. Check in 3:00 pm, check out 11:30 am.
3. Free street area Parking . No parking in community
4. All fee pay upfront in cash . Extra $100 Key deposit.
5. No Visitor. No Party. No Smoking. No Wine. No Pets.
5. No Meals services .
6. Product Food heating by Microwave, portable Oven and steamer.
7. No Stove top. stove oven cooking. No food in the room.
8. Keep the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy . $200 clean fee will be charged if necessary. No Fry, No heavy flavor cooking allowed.
9. Follow all rules and regulation of Community , and take all the responsibility and consequences for your action.
10. No bother neighbors in the community
11.No kitchen cookware provided . Longterm guest buy all cooking tools in guest own expenses.

My sister and I got off the train at the Union Station in down town Toronto for the first time.
We followed the owner's direction to her place.
The house is a few minuet walking distance from bus stop.
We walked into a nice neighborhood and she was waiting for us.
We became fast friends. we spend our 5 days together going places.
She made our Toronto experience great.
We invited her to our home in USA and hope to see her again.Host reply

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Leiah's house. She was always ready to help with whatever guidance required as I was new in the city. Her house is very clean and exactly as it is mentioned online. Wonderful location of the house too. I would love to visit her place if I get the chance to visit Toronto again. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
