New townhouse in the new developed neigbourhood. It's only 15-20 bus ride to the subway easy commute to downtown. Direct bus 12-15 min to York University & Humber Colege.
We are semi-retired couple friendly and intrested in learning more about the world. Tina speaks English Romanian,Russian and enjoys cooking gardening travel music reading watching movies.
The house is located in Downswieu Park. Within a walking distance are coffe shops restaurants food supermarket and fitness club. There is the park available to walk run feed the ducks and enjoy the pond. There are different activities and concerts that take place in the park.

About the Area
Our home is located on the north side of the city in a quiet & safe suburb. Located 3 km from the city centre. 15 min drive from the airport. The bus is 5 min walk from the house. 10-15 min walk to the hospital. 10min walk to fitness club. 5 min drive to 401. Close to Yorkdale mall.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Keep the house secured make sure you lock the house every time you come in or leave the home.
Do not adjust the heat settings ask and we will happily do it for you. Keep the noise to a minimum.
Do not invite strangers or friends into our home.
In case you want to use the kitchen with the stove to cook meals the safety deposit will be required.
Smoking is not allowed.
Payment can be maid by cash or E-transfer.
A 60 day notice if is a monthly term and the tenant wants to cancel.
Enjoy your stay & please treat our home as you would your own home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
