We are 2 Women that live in a Suburb of Ottawa called Kanata Morgans Grant.
The area is a wonderful area if you love sports. Less than a minute walk we have some of the best hiking and biking trails in the Ottawa Region.
There is great cross country skiing and within a five minute walk we have a new Fitness and recreation centre with that hosts :

Hydro massage/leisure pool & sauna
Multi-purpose programming rooms
Two full gymnasiums
Weight and cardio centre

Additional Info
DEPOSIT : All confirmed guests will be required to PREPAY 25% of total accommodation and meal plan on confirmed booking with the balance due in full prior to or on the day of arrival.
We both love to Bake Bread, Create Wonderful Homemade Pizza and hearty soups.
Rates include continental breakfast for one guest
Meals - Box / lunch & Dinner ( regular meal plan ) $10.00 / day (14 day min)
As a second language we speak Russian .
Parking is available to our guests .
Pets are welcome for a small surcharge of $5 per night. We ask you to please bring a kennel for your animal during the night or when you will be away from our premises

About the Area
Our Town-home is located in a western suburb of Ottawa called Kanata Morgan's Grant. It is a beautiful area "Green Zone" with loads of parks and playgrounds.
Right outside our door is South-March Highlands Conservation Forest has close to 30km of Marked Trails for Hiking, Biking, Bird Watching, Snowshoeing, or Cross Country Skiing ( for all skill Levels )
New to the area is Richcraft Recreation and Fitness Complex featuring:

House Rules
As we are a working family we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after eleven PM during the week. Laundry facilities are available every day after 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM and all day on weekends. Linens and towels are changed once per week on Saturday. Guests are requested to refrain from eating in their room. Guests are provided with unlimited high speed internet access and a land line without charge for all local calls within Canada and United States. There is "no smoking" in the home, however guests are permitted to smoke in the garage in the winter and in the back yard.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
