Your bright, clean accommodations are on a quiet street in a lovely suburban neighbourhood just east of the city, with convenient bus access into town. You will have your own beautifully-appointed bathroom; sleeping will be on a comfortable double futon. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and dining room, a private bathroom, the laundry room and a wonderful garden oasis just completed in 2015, where you can relax, read a book, soak in the sunshine and enjoy the plants, fountains and birds.
Please note that I live in the house and have a dog, but cannot accommodate additional pets.

About the Area
The townhouse is located on the east side of the city, 12 KMs from the city centre, in a very safe, quiet suburb. A bus stop is a few minutes' walk away, providing direct access into the core. A 20-minute bike ride down to the Ottawa River gives you access to hundreds of kilometres of bike paths along the city's three rivers. A fully equipped gym with pool, classes and several training studios is located 3 minutes' drive away and you can also easily get to a variety of restaurants many stores offering everything you need.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

No additional guests are included in the fee. I have an additional room available, so if there is an extra guest, we can discuss when you contact me.
I will require electronic payment three days in advance of your arrival (via email transfer).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
