About the Area
We have lived for 13 years, our split house (2 levels), the neighborhood is peaceful, backed by a forest, with a large park with neighborhood swimming pool (June/August), we rent the room (of our eldest daughter who has left in apartment) all comfort, air conditioning, heating, LED lighting, wifi, work desk, office chair, double bed with bedside tables, fridge and microwave, lots of storage with its private bathroom equipped with a shower, next to the laundry room. Everything is close at 5,10 or 15 minutes walk, the 807 bus on chemin Ste-Foy or the 800/801 on Blvd Laurier (Place Laurier, De la Cité and Ste Foy), the IGA food stores, Metro, Wallmart, the IUCPQ and CHUL hospitals, CEGEP Ste-Foy and Laval University, cutting through the Van Den Hende gardens.

House Rules
Welcome to your home, we are 3 warm adults (with our 2nd daughter aged 19), we wish to receive a female student/trainee, who will be considered as family, no loud music, no visits without authorization, we are available to pick you up/drop you off upon arrival or departure. The kitchen is accessible for an average price of $2/day = $60/month otherwise we cook excellent dishes from all over the world and are very good advice for any question concerning life in and in Quebec.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
