My name is Ruth and I have been hosting international student for so many years. I love hosting because you get to know other people's culture. You get to visit them and the country origin and you become friends with them. I treat my HOME STAY as a family and not a total stranger or a HOME STAY.

About the Area
Our house is in a location were it is very convenient. It's 5 minutes walk to the bus stop or a 10 travel time Richmond Centre were the Canada line Skytrain. It's a 20-30 minutes ride from home to downtown It is a very quite and safe place to live. It's about 10 minutes ride to the airport. It is also close to the park and the Community Centre and Richmond Library.

Please note that I require all guests to pay the full amount of the booking in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that I ask guests to give at least 1 month's notice for any cancellation. A fee of 25% is require for cancellation fee once you cancelled before arriving homestay or if 1 month is not given as notice to homestay. Unfortunately, any cancellations later than this will not be refundable.
No drugs, No loud music, respect others, always remove shoes when coming in the house, cigarette is not allowed inside the house. make sure to clean after using the bathroom and the kitchen. turn off lights and lock the doors when you leave the house. Closed all windows.

Une bonne exérience le premier mois par l'accueil, chambre qui ne correspondais pas à la reservation d'une chambre double. Pour le reste je m'abstiendrais de commentaires..

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
