We have one bedroom suite (private kitchen, bathroom and entrance) on the ground floor and one furnished bedroom on the 2nd floor with shared bathroom and kitchen with the host family. Street parking available. Super convenient location, close to bus stops & sky train and groceries stores, 7 mins driving to YVR airport.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of Richmond in a safe neighborhood, next to the park. The location is super convenient, 5 mins walk to bus stops, 13 mins to Bridgeport sky train and close to groceries stores like Costco, Walmart, TNT, Superstore etc.
We are 30 mins drive to Vancouver downtown and only 7 mins drive to YVR airport.

After confirming the booking you are requested to provide a copy of your government photo ID (passport, driver licence) to me by email. The original ID should be shown upon check-in.
A Security/Damage deposit will also be required.

Cleaning fee:
- 2nd floor bedroom: $35CAD and $50CAD respectively will be charged for short stay (less than 2 weeks) and long stay ( more than 2 weeks)
- Ground floor suite: $50CAD and $85CAD respectively will be charged for short stay (less than 2 weeks) and long stay (more than 2 weeks)

Tracy and her husband are very kind and friendly, and they are wonderful hosts. The house is beautifully decorated, warm, and comfortable. Her home is close to the airport, making it very convenient. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying with her if you need a convenient and welcoming place.

I had an amazing stay with Tracy. Her house is close to the airport and very convenient after a long flight. I enjoyed the room's privacy, however the bathroom is quite small. Tracy was an amazing host she made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying with her if you need a convenient and friendly place near the airport.

Our stay at Tracy‘s was very pleasant and comfortable. We had a lot of privacy and all the comfort one might need for a couple of days. Tracy herself is a wonderful host, very helpful, flexible and hospitable. Any questions you might have, she for sure will help you find the answer, as well as do her best to offer you a pleasant stay at her place.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
