Enjoyed our stay very much. A great place to stay & if you want a taste of country life this is the place to go. Excellent hospitality.
I arrived in the dark so Darlene met me @ the Hwy to guide me to there lovely log home. I awakened the next day to the peaceful sound of birds. Great relaxing & welcoming place to stay.
Darlene and Tony really created a amazing experience for us during our stay in Saskatoon. We immediately felt very at home and welcome, as Darlene got us settled in and Tony gave us a tour of the farm and introduced is to all of their animals (we miss Moose and the goats already!), and had a fire going in the fire pit for us once it started to get dark.
The room was beautiful (as was the house), and we both felt extremely comfortable and happy to be there. Also, they were very helpful when we were trying to book the reservation (technology and I were not getting along) and they stuck it out until we got it figured out, which was amazing and I'm so thankful that they did!
Overall it was one of the highlights of our cross country trip, and I really hope to be back again soon!
I booked Darlene's homestay for my son and his children. From my son and granddaughter I heard only superlatives of your husband, you and your place with the sumptuous breakfasts. They enjoyed the clean air and farm animals, not to mention the pony/horse rides the girls enjoyed. Their description was so good that my wife & I regretted not having joined them.
I recommend your place to all people to enjoy country side only 20 minutes away from Saskatoon. As hosts my son loved the friendship you had extended to him and his daughters.
