We are a loving family of five residing in a spacious, four-year old house. You will reach beyond comfort in our home with two pre-teen boys, a sister who comes regularly to visit from university, as well as my husband and I. We are located in a calm, lovely neighborhood in North Surrey that is a two minute walk away from transit, and 20 minutes away from Scott Road Station (expo line). Our house is near a residential park, an elementary school, and a trail with great scenery. We have one spacious rec room/bedroom available with a FULL bathroom inside. The room is located downstairs, separated from the rest of the family who sleeps on the second story. It can be fully closed off for meet your privacy needs. Although we are very family-oriented, my husband and I are fairly busy with work, as well as the children going to school- therefore there also isn't as much commotion inside the house (which could be very convenient). We are Christians, and only english is spoken with the family.

About the Area
Our house is located near two elementary schools, a nice park, and we're also a 2-minute walk away from available transit. Our house is in a peaceful cul-de-sac surrounded by large neighbor houses that leads to the park. We are also a 10-15 minute walk to a high school, as well as health/dental, and food services.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
