A two level house in a nice neighborhood conveniently located 5 minutes from the city centre, close to public transit, shopping centres, recreation facilities, parks, and restaurants. Upstairs is my family and I including my husband, son, my self and our pet cat.
Downstairs we have 2, two bedroom suites available.
Both of 0ur two bedroom basement suites are available which include a fully functional kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a walk-in closet in one of the rooms in each two bedroom suite. We also have tables and chairs at an outdoor seating area and a large backyard. We are fairly predictable people my husband is retired, I work and we run a food truck in the summer.
My son is a full-time student and is usually at school, work or with friends. We are muslim and can be heard praying usually once a day. Though we are firm in our religious beliefs we are very open-minded and quite accepting and welcoming of people from all walks of life. We are Indo Fijian and speak and are fluent in both Hindi and English.

House Rules
No loud music after 9 pm, no friends staying over unless significant other and specified before hand. Keep place clean, tidy, and organized.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
