Our home is located in high end neighborhood with many sport amenities and bus stations. Our home has view to White Rock beach in far distance, Mount Baker volcano in USA. Its is quiet cultasac with about 40 meter away, we have Serpentine river. It is great for a morning run or simple walk in nature. Near soccer, football, volleyball, tennis fields make this place welcome for families and many activities.
We are offering two rooms with each additional office space for a student that is quite, trustworthy, responsible, respectful and has no mental challenges. We have "0" tolerance for any smoking or taking drugs or harmful substances. We take this matter seriously and do evict a student within 24 hours. So please consider our Rules for "0" tolerance.
We do welcome independent student. We also offer breakfast and dinners and laundry included.

Our House is located about 15 min way from White rock beach, about 2 min away from bus stops and sport amenities such soccer, tennis, baseball, track fields. Its about 45 min to the mountains to ski. And about 15 min away from White Rock hospital.

House Rules
Zero tolerance for any smoking or taking any forms of opioid or narcotics or drugs either orally, or breathing or injecting. Quit in the room by 11pm, no parties or visitors without us being home. Need to be clean and hygienic person.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
